So I'm selling my car right now... A '95 LT1 corvette, manual.
On the ad, I specify that " I'm leaving to live abroad in a few months and unfortunatly need to get rid of it" and that "I am NOT looking for a trade, nor will I sell it for 5000$ cash or not." You can hardly be clearer... Yet:
"Would you be interested in trading for a 2000 Mustang Convertible, 3.8L V6 Very clean car, Inside and out never scene winter 174km on it"
-hello, did you even bother reading my description before sending me an email? Not to mention that it's a 4000$ car...

-It's an LT1 manual from 1995... Not the slow first years ones which are worth a lot less. But please find one for me between 1992 and 1995 at 4000$, even automatic :)... As a matter of fact, this is the second cheapest LT1 (automatic or manual) for sale all over Canada. The cheapest one in Canada is for sale in Barrie, ON for 9200$. Thank you.

Now I just have to hope that he will actually send me pictures of his 16000$ worth of modifications that he did on his 2000 V6 Mustang haha. I don't belittle on V6 Mustangs, I had one for 4 years, but it was worth 3000$ and I knew it :)

I wouldn't trade the L98 with 132k for a Mustang GT, let alone a manual '95 for a V6.. It's on CL or Kijiji, right?

I end all my posts with something along the lines of "price is not artificially inflated for bargaining room, unreasonable offers will be ignored." And it seems to help cut down on the crap offers...not get rid of, but cut down.
